Check-ins

We're extremely excited to announce that our long-awaited Check-ins feature is now live! Check-ins are designed to help schools be more proactive in their monitoring of both staff and student wellbeing.

With our new Check-ins feature, staff and students can quickly check in on our website, either daily or weekly, depending on the school's preference. Check-ins will also ask what the person's main worry is right now, helping build up a more useful picture over time and allowing schools to be more targeted in their approach to resolving concerns.

As always, we've built some powerful reporting tools to help schools identify trends and issues that need to be addressed, available to school leaders.

Other notable improvements

As always, we've been working on a long list of smaller incremental improvements - here are some examples:

• We've added links to the house group references on student and staff profiles.
• We've added the ability to add an intervention directly from the interventions table within a group.
• We've added a tutor group filter to the student leaderboard.
• We've increased the character limit on marksheet comments.
• We've improved the navigation menu to allow scrolling when necessary.
• We've added a new support and feedback section.
• We've added push notification preferences to user profiles.
• We've updated our policies and launched our new trust centre at trust.epraise.co.uk.
• And much more!

Check-ins extensions

We'll be adding some further improvements to our check-ins functionality, including bringing our new check-ins functionality to our mobile applications. This will make it much easier and more convenient for staff and students to complete their check-ins.
